C&K Child Development Center
In 2012, VCM started constructing a school to provide the chance of an education for the kids in Kawanda Village. The school (C&K Child Development Center) currently provides education for all children aged 3 to 7 years. Every child is welcomed and school fees at this school are structured according to the family income.
C&K opened its doors in 2015 with two classrooms. We opened another 2 classrooms in February, 2016 and a temporary classroom in January, 2017 . There are now 110 children attending the school. Currently, the school offers the 3 classes of Nursery Level education (Baby, Middle, and Top) along with Primary 1 and 2.
This wonderful accomplishment is due to tireless fundraising and donations from our supporters, volunteers, friends, and family.
Thanks to our fundraising while in Australia and generous donations from our Australian supporters, we have purchased adjoining land which we have built a temporary classroom on. Our goal is to build 2 more classrooms so that Primary 2 and 3 can be offered in addition to the current classes.

Our next step is to raise the funds needed to build the classrooms. Together we can do this and make an impact in the lives of the beautiful children of Kawanda; by giving them the chance of an education #changingtheworld

How You Can Help
The ability of Victorious Children’s Ministries to provide education to all children in need is dependent on our ability to grow and develop our physical infrastructure.
Now that we have purchased the adjoining land, we are a step closer to our vision of 60 more vulnerable children and children from poor families having access to an education.
VCM's goal is to complete the classrooms by January, 2018, ready for the new school year, January, 2018.
